Day - 1 Arrival in Nagpur – Journey to Pench

Leave Nagpur and make your way to Pench National Park via the 80km (around 2 hours) route. Book a room in your favorite resort and spend the morning after lunch visiting a pottery village where you can be a participant. Overnight at the Pench resort.

Day - 2 Pench National Park – Safari Adventure

Go for an early morning safari to explore Pench National Park. As the park’s wildlife comes up you should all get back to the resort and operator a la carte lunches. The resort activities will bring out your creativity and you can do whatever you feel like. Spend the night at the Pench resort.

Day - 3 Transfer to Kanha

After you have had your breakfast, you will be transferred to Kanha National Park (around 3 hours). On your arrival, you can be able to check-in at the Kanha resort, and then you can opt to have lunch and associate with local sightseeing. Overnight at the Kanha resort.

Day - 4 Kanha National Park – Safari Exploration

Get an early morning feel of the Kanha National Park and go for a dawn safari tour. After having lunch at the resort you will have the opportunity to enjoy activities that are available and you can opt to do so. Spend the night at the Kanha resort.

Day - 5 Return to Nagpur

Take a walk in the morning throughout the village where you will stop to do the shopping for local souvenirs. After the walk, if wishes be, drive back to Nagpur which is a 5-hour drive. Under no circumstances should you miss out on visiting Madhya Pradesh’s Kanha and Bandhavgarh National Parks. Known for its assorted range of fauna and flora including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, etc., Kanha is famous among tourists. On the other hand, Bandhavgarh boasts a tropical habitat of Bengal tiger, barking deer, and sambar antelope among others. Different from other national parks, Bandhavgarh is home to around 250 types of birds as well as 80 types of butterflies.

  All bookings are provided with base category rooms at hotels. Upgradation to the higher category rooms is subject to availability at an extra cost, payable directly to the hotel.

  Standard Check in 12:00 PM, Check out 11:00 AM.

  Passengers should provide the correct age of the passenger at the time of booking, as it affects the cost of the tour.
• 
  In case of non-availability of the booked hotel, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• 
  Accommodations for 3 guests will have one room with an extra mattress.
• 
  Change of government taxes, hotel rates, or safari fees will be communicated via email or on-call before your departure.
• 
  The company holds no responsibility for accidents, lost/stolen items, damage to luggage, etc. during your stay.
• 
  Itineraries and safaris can change due to operational needs or other unforeseen circumstances.

  This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, or New Year.

  Bookings must be made at least two days in advance of the travel date.

  The itinerary is formulated on the basis of the availability of the Jeep Safari.

Cancellation Policy:

In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following rates will be charged:

• 
  30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
• 
  15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
• 
  07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
• 
  02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
• 
  Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
• 
  50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
• 
  100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.
• 
  Nevertheless, travellers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where they are applicable.

Important Information:-

If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated as such.

Peak Season Policy:

A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.

Liabilities and Limitations:

• Tour/Service Cost: The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
• Changes in Fees: The governing body will notify any changes in fees whether before or after confirmation/private departure.
• Refunds/Claims: For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
• Cancellation of Services: The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.

Payment Policy:

We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.

  100% Payment: This confirms your booking and lets you get discount benefits.
• 
  Travellers must agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees that apply.
