Day - 1 Arrival at Kanha National Park

When you show up at Kanha National Park, ask for accommodations at the lodge for check-in and a brief rest. The initial meal and relaxation time is on the hotel. For the rest of the day, it is possible to participate in a variety of things such as a cultural dance performance or a wilderness outing. Enjoying the hotel stay is a must.

Day - 2 Jeep Safari & Local Sightseeing

Jeep Safari & Local SightseeingThe day starts with a cup of either hot tea or coffee, and then you can bring back home a memorable jungle patrolling of the Kanha National Park in the early part of the day. The midtime, still, give yourself a takeaway breakfast brought by the resort during the safari ride. Once you have finished with that, you might want to see nearby spots like the famous Balancing Rock and the Kanha Museum. You will stay over at the hotel.

Day - 3 Departure

After having your breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to the next place. Set off on a wildlife safari that is both thrilling and interesting by taking a Central India special tour where you will visit Pench and Kanha National Parks. The first park in the tour is Pench, which has the haunting teak forests where the rare Bengal tigers and Indian wild dogs live amidst the jungles that are the places where Kipling wrote “The Jungle Books.” Then, you will be taken to the breathtaking green Kanha National Park, a place that is a must-visit if you are a wildlife enthusiast, reputed for its tiger spp, bird species, and the critically endangered Swamp Deer.

  All bookings are provided with base category rooms at hotels. Upgradation to the higher category rooms is subject to availability at an extra cost, payable directly to the hotel.

  Standard Check in 12:00 PM, Check out 11:00 AM.

  Passengers should provide the correct age of the passenger at the time of booking, as it affects the cost of the tour.
• 
  In case of non-availability of the booked hotel, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• 
  Accommodations for 3 guests will have one room with an extra mattress.
• 
  Change of government taxes, hotel rates, or safari fees will be communicated via email or on-call before your departure.
• 
  The company holds no responsibility for accidents, lost/stolen items, damage to luggage, etc. during your stay.
• 
  Itineraries and safaris can change due to operational needs or other unforeseen circumstances.

  This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, or New Year.
• 
  Bookings must be made at least two days in advance of the travel date.
• 
  The itinerary is formulated on the basis of the availability of the Jeep Safari.

Cancellation Policy:

In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following rates will be charged:

• 
  30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
• 
  15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
• 
  07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
• 
  02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
• 
  Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
• 
  50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
• 
  100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.
• 
  Nevertheless, travellers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where they are applicable.

Important Information:-

If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated as such.

Peak Season Policy:

A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.

Liabilities and Limitations:

• Tour/Service Cost: The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
• Changes in Fees: The governing body will notify any changes in fees whether before or after confirmation/private departure.
• Refunds/Claims: For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
• Cancellation of Services: The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.

Payment Policy:

We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.

  100% Payment: This confirms your booking and lets you get discount benefits.
• 
  Travellers must agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees that apply.
