Day - 1 Arrival at Jabalpur – Transfer to Kanha

Arrive at Jabalpur airport or railway station. You will be welcomed by our representative who will take you to Kanha looking at the map note that it is located approximately 170 km, which is a 3 hours drive. Upon checking in at your hotel, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth process. If interested in birding then this is paradise for you! Free yourself from all the tension in your body in the room or participate in any of the various activities organized by the resort. Enjoy a meal and stay at Kanha.

Day - 2 Kanha National Park – 2 Jeep Safaris

Jeep Safaris While taking coffee early in the morning prepare to depart on an early morning jeep safari within Kanha. A driving time of about three hours will help you see many kinds of animals living there. When returning stop by for some food then relax at the lodge. Go off on a jeep safari in a different area of Kanha in the afternoon. Get home at dusk. Dinner and overnight stay at Kanha.

Day - 3 Transfer to Bandhavgarh National Park

Check out of Kanha Resort and head to Bandhavgarh National Park (it is around 240 km and a 5-hour drive).On arrival, check in to your chosen accommodation. You will be offered refreshing welcome drink and our staff will brief you about various activities available within the Park. Take time to get refreshed in your room and enjoy a relaxed night. Dinner will be served at the Resort Restaurant, where sumptuous spreads of local and international cuisines are prepared by our fine chefs.

Day - 4 Bandhavgarh National Park – Jeep Safaris

So let's first start with a morning jeep safari in Bandhavgarh National Park, a pickup from your resort is included (additional charges apply). On the safari trip, if you get the chance to join a knowledgeable naturalist, then you may see tigers, barking deer, sambar, Indian wolf, caracal, striped hyena, and nilgai. After the safari, return to the resort for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, another jeep safari will be done to cover some other parts of the park. The staff will return to the resort, and till the next morning, free time will start. Dinner and an overnight stay at Bandhavgarh are in the package.

Day - 5 Departure from Bandhavgarh to Jabalpur

Get your breakfast and then check out correctly. You'll be driven back to Jabalpur airport or the railway station.

  All bookings are provided with base category rooms at hotels. Upgradation to the higher category rooms is subject to availability at an extra cost, payable directly to the hotel.

  Standard Check in 12:00 PM, Check out 11:00 AM.

  Passengers should provide the correct age of the passenger at the time of booking, as it affects the cost of the tour.

  In case of non-availability of the booked hotel, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• 
  Accommodations for 3 guests will have one room with an extra mattress.

  Change of government taxes, hotel rates, or safari fees will be communicated via email or on-call before your departure.

  The company holds no responsibility for accidents, lost/stolen items, damage to luggage, etc. during your stay.
• 
  Itineraries and safaris can change due to operational needs or other unforeseen circumstances.

  This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, or New Year.

  Bookings must be made at least two days in advance of the travel date.

  The itinerary is formulated on the basis of the availability of the Jeep Safari.

Cancellation Policy:

In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following rates will be charged:

• 
  30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
• 
  15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
• 
  07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
• 
  02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
• 
  Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
• 
  50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
• 
  100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.
• 
  Nevertheless, travellers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where they are applicable.

Important Information:-

If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated as such.

Peak Season Policy:

A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.

Liabilities and Limitations:

• Tour/Service Cost: The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
• Changes in Fees: The governing body will notify any changes in fees whether before or after confirmation/private departure.
• Refunds/Claims: For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
• Cancellation of Services: The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.

Payment Policy:

We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.

  100% Payment: This confirms your booking and lets you get discount benefits.

  Travellers must agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees that apply.
