Cancellation Policy:
In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following rates will be charged:

30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.

15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.

07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.

02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.

Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.

50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.

100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.

Nevertheless, travellers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where they are applicable.
Important Information:-
If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated as such.
Peak Season Policy:
A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.

Tour/Service Cost:
The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.

Changes in Fees:
The governing body will notify any changes in fees whether before or after confirmation/private departure.

Refunds/Claims:
For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.

Cancellation of Services:
The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.
Payment Policy:
We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.
