In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. 50% of the tour cost: 02 to 06 days before arrival.

No refund: Less than 48 hours or no show.

50% Advance Payment: Needed to hold the booking classified as a confirmation.

100% Payment: Needed to confirm the booking and take part in the discount advantages.

Travelers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where they are appropriate.
Important Information:-
If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated as such.
Peak Season Policy:
A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge bookings will be furnished on demand during peak seasons, if applicable.

The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.

For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate, the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.

Cancellation of Services:
The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services, especially sightseeing or excursion visits, if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.

We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.
