There are a few things that need to be made clear to be able to do Kanha National Park:
The official method of booking is by finding the available dates in the calendar on the website and booking it immediately. Or else, you can also give us a call and our executive will be happy to help with the Kanha safari booking. Pre-booking is a requirement to be followed, especially in peak seasons, to ensure that the safari you would like to book is reserved for you.
The visiting time for safaris differs in summer and winter, and quite often it is also controlled by the park management. Moreover, the park is not accessible on the festive occasions of Holi and Diwali for safaris.
Be aware that reservations are made on a ‘First-come, first-serve basis’ principle, and during the safari, there could be unplanned changes that will not be predictable. Pre-booking is the most crucial step to save you from booking shortages. Remember all the information and take care of the following tips to get a smooth process:
Wear comfortable and naturally-colored clothes as they can be used in various weather conditions. Avoid wearing a colored outfit that will scare the animals as it comes with a signal of danger.
Bring all the necessary things with you like binoculars, a camera with a zoom lens, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a water bottle. Ensure that your camera is not causing a shutter sound.
Always follow the rules and guidelines set by the park or the wildlife guide. This ensures a safe encounter with the wildlife.
In case you suffer from any health issues, tell the officials in the park beforehand. It is better to be safe than sorry.
Keep a safe distance from the animals and try to avoid making loud noises. Observe and pay heed to the directions from your guide and then you can take as many pictures as you like.
